Over a time period of more than 30 years, Jabitherm Rohrsysteme AG pipe systems operate in many applications and sites. Independently from the product series the customers come from the following branches:

Typical application areas in chemistry are process lines, production facilities or service pipelines for transport of various liquids and semi‐fluid chemical solutions. Pre‐insulated pipes designed and manufactured by Jabitherm Rohrsysteme AG are already employed for transport of demineralised water, exhaust, caustic soda (NaOH), MDI or also phenol.

The terms food and beverage industries describe a variety of applications in breweries, dairies, softdrink manufacturing facilities or chocolate and truffle productions. Products like beer, milk, liquid chocolate but also waste water are just a selection of liquids flowing through pre‐insulated pipelines. Main application areas for product series RAPID‐ESP.

Product series RAPID‐COOL is designated for low process temperature applications. Cooling technology and freezing devices, meat‐processing facilities, cold warehouses and logistics centres of discounters are classical application fields. In many projects pre‐insulated pipes have been employed for transfer of liquid, e.g. cooling agent, cold water, brine, glycol, or ammonium (NH₃) and carbon dioxide (CO₂).

Exceptional operating conditions presuppose extreme requirements => RAPID‐CRYO, the ideal answer product series. Pre‐ insulated pipes designed and manufactured by Jabitherm Rohrsysteme AG, are deployed in many applications for cryogen installations. Those are for transport of liquid ethylene (‐105°C), LNG (‐163°C) and equally liquid nitrogen (‐196°C). Many of those along Jetty‐lines related to harbour areas.
